A letter from Susan

Dear Prospective Sponsor,

The United Way of Central Arkansas (UWCA) is excited to announce our 2^nd Annual Jeans & Bling fundraiser to be held on Friday, March 9, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the new Ford Theater in downtown Conway.

The purpose of the 2^ndAnnual Jeans & Bling fundraiser is to provide additional funds to the Annual Campaign; 100% of the proceeds raised from this fundraiser will be added to the United Way Investment Grants that support Partner Agency’s program funding. Due to the time of year that Jeans & Bling will take place, this will serve as a final push for support before the funds are invested in our Partner Agency’s programs for the 2012/2013 Fiscal Year. The Jeans & Bling fundraiser will feature a live and silent auction, as well as heavy hors d’oeuvres and live music. Our goal is to make the Jeans & Bling fundraiser a successful, sustainable event in Central Arkansas by leveraging community and corporate donor support.

Your assistance will allow UWCA to maximize our impact in the community and continue our efforts toward improving the Education, Health and Income of Faulkner and Perry Counties. We believe you and/or your company will benefit from the partnership formed and recognition obtained from your support in this endeavor. Studies have shown that consumers, now more than ever, express a desire to do business with companies that demonstrate strong community support.

We wish to formally invite you and/or your company to become a sponsor of the 2^nd Annual Jeans & Bling fundraiser. To secure your sponsorship, we anticipate receiving your donation by February 17, 2012. Information regarding the sponsorship levels is enclosed.
